​Easy to use, recommend to apply slight pressure after installation for a better bonding with the damaged area of the screen. I used a small and thin piece of slick plexiglass on the opposite side and carefully compress the repair.
Also try to match the design of the screen to better blend the repaired area.

​I had metal screens that were part of my downstairs well window screens that ripped and this helped to seal them... you do need to use the sewing mechanic to help tighten large holes but small cuts can be sealed perfectly with just the tape... just so you know you have to poke holes in the tape through the holes since it has adhesive all the along the tape but it doesn't take long... overall great product!.

​Obviously, the aesthetics of patches are less than perfect. That said, these don't look too bad if applied neatly and aligned as well as possible with the original screen. More important, they work. The adhesive is effective, especially when reinforced with the supplied nylon thread.

​I found this product to be easy to use despite not having directions. I rolled out the adhesive mesh and then used the needle and thread to secure the adhesive mesh. I was concerned that there were condition requirements (dry day over 50 degrees, clean the screen area to be repaired before applying adhesive, etc.). I didn't clean anything. It was cold and damp the day I did the repairs. Two months later, the repairs are still attached.

​I had a hole to repair that was a clean cut. That being said, I tried using the thread and I felt that it was doing more harm than good. I removed the thread I had started and cut two pieces of screen tape to cover the hole and applied one piece to each side with the sticky sides together. I found it very easy to use and I'm very pleased with the result. The repair I made was to an upstairs window screen. The repair is very obvious, but that was okay with me because of the window location.
